SHIPPING POLICY:
- Package is shipped via our appointed courier, all items will be shippedand tracking ID will be provided within 7 business days from the date of payment.
- Shipping and delivery time are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Hong Kong Holidays.
RETURN POLICY:
If you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensurethat items are returned to us within 3 days in original packaging, in brand new and resalable condition, the product tag cannot be removed. We will only accept returns of items that we have confirmed for return. Crisathena reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
